    Just wanted to thank Frank Mannino for all of the time and extra effort he put in on the sale of both of our properties. Whenever an issue arose he was on top of it almost immediately, and whenever something needed to get expedited, he made it happen. We could not have asked for a better realtor and overall experience! Just wish we had more property to sell.
