This bar/restaurant, located at 2552 Hempstead Tpke, was in need of a new business owner after we leased one of our properties at 217 Main Street in Farmingdale to the previous business owner. Shortly after that deal, we were able to secure a new business owner that is determined to keep it thriving for years to come.
